With extensive experience in regulated water industry projects, Gurjit has worked for a wide range of clients including Welsh Water, Yorkshire Water, Anglian Water, Severn Trent, South West Water, and Irish Water. Her focus? Strategic catchment plans, drainage plans, water quality studies, feasibility studies and flood alleviation schemes.
Through good communication, technical knowledge, and expertise, Gurjit is able to build key client relationships. She has an expansive knowledge of networks, statistical analysis, wider industry practices, and project management. Gurjit also has experience in urban drainage modeling—from building and upgrading hydraulic models to applying their use in asset management, she’s driven to create projects that improve the communities around them.
Gurjit has a keen interest in international development and a desire to improve the lives of others in the United Kingdom and abroad. Having completed her PhD field research in India, Gurjit is interested in learning about other cultures and traditions—she’s traveled to over 20 different countries.
